About Kay’s Gourmet Popcorn
Hi, my name is Cheryl “Kay” Armstrong, owner & operator of Kay's Sweettooth Gourmet Popcorn.
Popcorn is one of my favorite treats every since I was a child going to the Movies smelling movie popcorn hearing and seeing the sound of it popping in the machine putting extra butter on the popcorn soda on the side, along with my Sisters. Brings back memories at the Drive-In getting a large bucket of Popcorn,sharing with my sisters and don't forget the candy! so I decided to open up Kay's Sweettooth. I use two types of Popcorn Butterfly and Mushroom kernels, Butterfly is irregular shapes with light, fragile "wings" light and fluffy use in movie theaters. Mushroom ball shape, larger round shape popcorn use in coating or glazes.
